Parbaked Pizza Cooking Instructions
INSTRUCTIONS
Ordering parbaked pizzas allows you to serve dinner on your timeline, not ours. We partially cook your order here, and you finish the baking at home!
- Pick up your order before 5 pm or after 7 pm to avoid our dinner rush
- Parbaked pies are best enjoyed on the day they're ordered
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
ON THE GRILL
Preheat your gas or charcoal grill to 400 degrees. You'll bake your pizza directly on the grate, so no need to oil or prepare the surface.
Bake your pizza with the lid closed for 4 - 5 minutes. Check after 4 minutes, pizza is done when the cheese is melty, and the crust is golden (bake time will vary depending on your grill).
Finish your pizza with any garnishes we've provided (a list of pie-specific instructions is below). Then slice, serve, and enjoy!
IN THE OVEN
Preheat your oven to 500 degrees. If you have a pizza stone, pop it in! And if not, it's all good - placing your pizza directly on your oven rack is A-OK!
Bake your pizza for 5 - 10 minutes until the cheese is melted, and crust is golden. Keep your eye on it - bake time will vary depending on your oven.
Finish your pizza with any garnishes we've provided (see below). Then slice, serve, and enjoy!
